Job description

As an Account Manager, you will support the Benelux team in Paris. In collaboration with the international sales, marketing and product teams, you will manage a portfolio of clients. After a training period on methods and tools, your missions will be the following:

• Supporting the implementation of a fintech solution for new customers
• Managing client’s satisfaction and the needs of the clients’ portfolio
• Foreseeing customer’s churn risks, as well as putting in place adequate plans of action
• Identify upsell opportunities in order to grow accounts
• Understanding and communicating improvement demands to the product team
• Participating in the writing of success stories with the marketing team

Desired skills and experiences

• Good knowledge of accounting or enterprise finance is necessary
• You worked already on the domain of the client relationship or in project management
•  You know how to convince and establish a relationship of trust with your clients
•  You are autonomous, you can adapt to a changing environment and you know how to adjust your priorities
• You have good communication skills
• You speak: Dutch as a native speaker, English or/and French fluently
