Business Development Manager NETHERLANDS

– Permanent position in Paris –

Your field of activity:
• You will oversee the start-up’s expansion into of the company’s most promising markets of the Netherlands
• With great team mentality and a strong focus on the market, you will report to an Area Manager
• You will overview the acquisition of new clients for the platform and build up a relation with them
• You will interact with many different areas within the start-up’s partner pool and touch many different fields of the company
• You will play a central role in developing sales and product strategy
• You will ensure and deliver clear value and service feature to both partners and consumers.
• You will work alongside the Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction
• You will negotiate and conclude contracts for partners and management companies
• You will represent the start-up across the market via business trips and during international fairs
• You will participate in various marketing, press relations, and communication projects
• You will monitor the competition

Your profile:
• Native/perfectly bilingual Dutch speaker required
• Fully bilingual English required
• French and/or other languages are a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Studies ideally in international business or hospitality management
• 2+ years of sales experience ideally including successful business development and long-term customer relationships management
• Understanding of the dynamics of the digital travel/hotel industry
• Familiarity of the particularities of the Dutch business environment
• True business “hunter” profile
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset
• Organization skills and work ambition
• Goal-oriented, agile, tenacious, and fast learner
• Desire to work in an international start-up environment
• Personal connections and network within the hospitality industry are a strong plus
